htc inspire how ro set up text tones for different contacts

I really hope there is a way to do this. I want to set up different text tones for different contacts so I know if an employee is texting me withoutHaving to look at my phone. I know it sounds crazy. But with blackberry I could set up different tones for different contacts. I also used bebuzz on blackberry, so when I saw the color I would know if I had to respond right awayOr it could wait. I really hope this is possible with the HTC Inspire.If anyone knows of something please let me know. This drives me crazy. I really miss it. And i'm trying this phone for 30 days and hoping I can resolve this issue I'm having. I thought sure the market would have something. But I'm not having any luck...Thanks in advance
