HTC-G1-Android-Busy Tone for Callers

Please can someone help find solution to my plight.I can no longer receive calls on my phone. Callers always hear busy tones at their end while on my call logs I see callers numbers as missed calls, i think i have mistakenly pressed on some keys that had just barred the phone from receiving incoming calls. I have tried on my own to see if i could reset this and or solve the problem but no way.The phone is a HTC google phone G1 android from T-Mobile.

The solution for this problem, is to reset to factory settings as mentioned in the user manual

To reset the phone
1 Press HOME > MENU, and then touch Settings.
2 Scroll down the screen, then touch SD card & phone storage.
3 Navigate to the Internal phone storage section, then touch Factory data reset.
4 On the Factory data reset screen, touch Reset phone. If prompted, enter your screen unlock
pattern, then touch Erase everything.
Tip If your phone hangs or freezes, remove the battery, then wait for a few seconds, and then re-install
it. After re-installing the battery, turn on the phone.
