I have my Samsung galaxy I9100 since 5months ago, it has ICS and thr apex launcher without root.
Today after disconet the charger, the battery indicator continued showing the charging icon, and suddenly and alert message apperar saying somethig like "High voltage". What should i do? I had already turn off the cellphone several times and take out the battery.

I've heard this could be a problem while flashing your ICS. Then reflashing it would be a solution. Though, I'm not 100% sure it's the case.

Op did not device according to own admission. However, that could solve it. Could also contact Samsung and ask them when they going to fix it.
