Help
Question. Why do I not get a notification when I have a email sent to me? I always have to go into my email and hit refresh. Then the emails appear. I'm trying to get it to show a small notification on the top left corner like normal. Anyone having this problem? If so any way to fix that?
Thanks!!

Hello AndroidEric, and welcome to the forum!
When you say "email", are you referring to the Google G-Mail, or another type of email?

Welcome. Yep which app are you using? You can go through the app settings to set up notification preferences.

Don't forget to turn auto-sync on.

Sorry. Gmail. I have looked under settings. And notification seems to be on. But I still don't get them. Unless I open and hit refresh.
Thanks for the warm welcomes!

How often do you have it syncing? Like tears for fears said, ensure sync is on in settings/accounts
