Welcome! How big is the file you're uploading?

    Hi,
My phone is not rooted. I'm trying to back up all my contacts, music, programs, files, basically everything to my backup pro. Not sure how big the file is. I want to put in a 32mb card. But I need to have everything backed up just in case things go wrong. Can I use mass storage option to back up to online?

My Backup Pro doesn't require rooting, but you may need to be rooted in order to back it up online.

My phone is still on warranty so I don't want to root. What else can I do?

If the contacts are backed up with Google then you're okay there. Do you have backups of the music already?

As for moving things to the SD card, it's a good idea to move everything you can there for backup purposes anyway.

    Hi,
I took a leap of faith and replaced the current 4G with a 32G memory card and back up to both online and SD card worked. I ran out of online space on the second, but I'll backup contacts to Google and SMS to Go contact backup for now. Thanks for all the suggestions.
