Phone Dying When Battery Reads Full
Ok, so I need a bit of help with this. Currently using a t-mobile mytouch phone and I've been having a problem the past few days where the battery indicator reads near full, but my phone randomly dies and acts as if the battery is dead. Doesn't matter how long i charge it for, if I'm actively using it I won't get more than 15 minutes out of it. If I turn it on, plug it in, then unplug it again, it says I have low battery and appears to charge; if I plug it in and then turn it on, it reads full battery, but either way it dies way too fast to be normal. anybody know what the heck is going on?

Try replacing the battery. You can order one online for under $10 and if it solves the problem you know it's the battery. If it doesn't it could be anything.
Is the phone rooted?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 1 and the same thing is happening to me. Full battery and I will be in the middle of texting or talking and then my phone will shut off completely. When I turn it back on it says battery life is gone, so I plug it in and then it shows full again. It is so random, there is no way to gauge when it is going to happen. UGH! I am sick of this phone!

Try doing a power cycle and if that doesn't help consider replacing the battery. They're inexpensive and the battery you're using is probably OE (Original Equipment) and therefore getting old and weak.
