Samsung Galaxy Note - Lost the Back and Forward Browser Buttons
I recently did a software update to 4.0.3 on my Samsung Galaxy note and now,the browser has lost the back and forward buttons/arrows. Does anyone know what has happened. It is very inconvenient and I wish I had not bothered updating now. It is impossible to scroll back and forth through web pages now.

Use the menu button to forward (left side beside home button) back (right side beside home button)

Thanks - I did see that, but it is so annoying having to go through the menu to forward every time instead of using the forward and back arrows which were simple and quick. Just thought there may be another way.

The stock ICS browser on my tablet has both forward and back, but it may have been changed for the smaller format of the Note.
I highly suggest checking out the app "ICS Browser+" by Beansoft. It is additional functionality to the stock browser and IMO blows the stock browser away. It may add your forward button to your Note too.

Same issue here
I recently upgraded from the Captivate (Gingerbread) to the Note (Ice Cream Sandwich) and was glad to see that there was, initially, a forward button right next to the back button on the stock ICS browser. After updating my software, the forward button is gone. I know it is available through the "menu" button, but it is really annoying to have to use two steps to do what was previously possible with one. WHY IN THE WORLD would developers remove functionality in an "upgrade"? The note has a large screen, so this cannot be a screen real estate issue. I read that the Firefox browser will also be missing a forward button. What is this trend?
Why muck up something that worked perfectly well?
