My sister got a nook color and I'm trying to root it for her. Is that possible without registering it? It's not registered and I've tried every video on youtube and nothing seems to work. Or maybe I'm just doing it wrong... Does anyone have any suggestions?? Or advice??

Looks like 1.4.3 may be harder to root than 1.4.2 or 1.4.1.
