Lock Screen Help Please

Firstly i am new and i would like to say hello to you all, i have been using an iphone for a few years and this is my first Android phone, i have a Samsung Galaxy 3 it is fully up to date with its firmware and 0/S i have had it three days, there is one thing i really would like to no if it is possible so here goes: i have worked out how to add apps to the lock screen but i am using secure lock and pin along with with swipe lock, my problem is if i try and access any of the apps for instance the music app on my locked screen i am still prompted to enter the pin before it will let me, does anyone know if there is a work around, thanks for your time and assistance.
