Hey guys . Just got my galaxy s3 and I noticed my battery drain ing fast. I went into my battery setting and android system was taking 56% of battery usage. I've looked at other droid phones and they all average around 5%. Does anyone know why my android system is taking up so much usage and how to fix it. I have recently added task manager, juice defender ultimate and disabled Alot of apps and had no change in battery drain

Have you tried "gsam battery monitor" which will break down what is using the battery (more than the system battery info) and we also have a sister site that is dedicated to the S3... Samsung Galaxy S3 Forum ...you might be able to find some specific info over there as well.

I recently fixed the problem with my android system. It's now back to 4 % but now my phone radio is always at 48% or more. I have WiFi Bluetooth and GPS off. Sent know what's causing my phone radi o to be so high
