Galaxy Note (Play Store App) Crashes or Keeps Saying 'Loading' Over WiFi

My Galaxy note was updated to Android ver. 4.0.4 a couple days ago via OTA.

Now my Play Store has stopped working over Wifi Connection.
What it does is, either keep showing message "Loading..." and nothing shows or it crashes.
However using Edge (Data Connection) it works perfectly.

I unfortunately did a Factory Reset to phone just to try my luck but it didn't fix anything. Only bad thing that happened was I could not even Add Google account and guess again on Wifi it had issues. As soon as I turned Wifi Off and moved to Edge connection it again started working just fine and Google account added successfully.

Now there's nothing wrong with my router, nothing changed, my IPhone works well with this, my laptop and even my Note was working fine before this update.

Any help/clue? I'm frustrated, I can't just use data connection all the time to download or browse App store.

Note:
1. My Wifi router is Cisco LINKSYS WRT54G2 V1
2. Other services e.g. Email, Social Hub, YouTube etc works fine over Wifi.
