    Some apps are not compatible with some devices for one reason or another. Perhaps Instagram cannot access the camera on that device, can't handle the screen size or many other reasons.

    You can try to google "Instagram apk" and download it and install yourself (you will have to allow unknown sources in the setti ge)

    The other option is to email the Dev through the play store (use a web browser) and ask them about it.
