Flight tracking apps - Flightradar24 - Live flight tracker!
I would love this App on my Android phone either Free or preff Pro but I am getting the message
This app is incompatible with your O2 LGE LG-E400.
Why is this and is there anything I can do ?
I have had this same problem with other Apps but have also downloaded and installed other Apps without problems from Google Play Store.

Usually it's the developer's problem that needs to be addressed.
Welcome to the site. Hope this app gets fixed soon so you can use it.
Is your phone rooted? You can edit your build.prop and see if it helps you. This can be tricky and I only suggest doing it if you are comfortable and understand it.

GoCliffGo is right about editing your build.prop - make sure you've read extensively on what's involved before you attempt to do anything, otherwise it's guaranteed to give you a shiny new doorstop. It may well solve your problem, but you need to be very careful in how you proceed.
