RyanZA's One Click Lag Fix easiest way to root samsung captivate

I was trying to root my sisters phone and gave up last night, my computer was being retarded and i was having to use tether from my aria, wasnt fun. So i remember seeing some apps on the galaxy from the market about lag fix... so i downloaded RyanZA's One Click Lag Fix. It had a root me button. It actually installed the update the proper way and asked to reboot it and install... can it be too easy, superuser permission. I added rom manager and approvrd superuser.
    Can it be more easy...
    An app for it?

ROM Manager... downloaded the RyanZA app, didn't note that.. seemed as easy as 1,2,3... am I missing something here before I actually go ahead and run that app to root phone and run the tools...

No... thats why i was so shocked... i was talkibg to jasonyump about it to make sure it was a legit root and he said "yeah, that easy" basically it installs superuser and after reboot you just have to flash recovery

Umm. OK I know what flash memory is but not sure what you specifically mean on this statement. After the app does it's thing and reboot, what specifically am I supposed to do outside of what the app state in downloading the tools. "you just have to flash recovery"

download ROM Manager from the app market and it will install clockwork recovery, the recovery replaces the stock recover so tou can install custom roms. Well when one is ported. But you can remove at&ts apps and sideload apps, install apps not in the market
