It's usually anywhere from 25-50Mv. Anything more is up to you to try, as more than that is pretty unstable on most handsets. And of course, most of the things that will show instability in undervolts are things that stress the CPU and GPU like a 3D game, or an intensive benchmark like Quadrant.

    Question

    Dorian,
What are the differences between the planned update and the original one

An updated kernel, possibly a new base (JPX or JPY), and some more themeing (mainly the dialer).

The only reason I haven't posted the update already is that JPX and JPY aren't cooperating with me so far. Lots of little issues here and there, and I just don't want to release it with so many problems.

Thanks! It runs 1500 on Quadrant because I don't use the EXT2 filesystem or the loopbacks like the OCLF uses. EXT2 is screaming fast, but it isn't good for NAND flash memory, and it can corrupt your filesystem if your phone freezes and requires a battery pull. I chose EXT4 because it's safer, and still very fast. The Google Nexus S uses EXT4 matter of fact.

Visible level changes... there won't be too many. BUT... I'm moving it to 2.2 update 1, so it's going to be somewhat more current under the hood.

It takes around 2 minutes, so I'd say something is wrong. You might just want to make sure the download isn't corrupted on your end, and reflash JF6 and start from there.
