Anyone want a mod or two?

Replaces ADW with stock Nexus S launcher
Replaces CM7 music with Google Music 3.0
Changes Fonts to my usual (Zegoe UI Light)
Changes footprint to Nexus S at build.prop level meaning you can install the market version of Netflix and it work fine.

    Download here

That can be reflashed after every nightly, because flashing a nightly will undo all those changes.

I'm in an area with HSPA+ (finally), so my throughput (and of course signal) has been best on JK4, but particularly since I flashed over the new nightly yesterday. My signal strength has really leveled out when I'm in the nether regions, where I would normally be sitting about 95dbm, I seem to be getting up to 67 to 71dbm now. May just be atmospheric, and I'm also 6 miles from a Navy base with a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, so I'll keep an eye on this when the fleet is back out to sea and the sun is actually out for a change in this forsaken La Nina infected place.
Narrowed down the SD corrupter to JK9. Two different downloads of it and four different flashes all result in the same SD Card Damaged in the Notification Bar. Was really hoping it was a new and improved jk4. Oh well. JK4 is still the go-to modem for me.

How do you check the dbm you're getting on your signal btw? That would be much more accurate than saying I get two bars with JK4 and 1 with JPG, etc.

Yea but remember that the reason there are so many modems out there is that each one works better in different areas.. For where I live there is not much difference in any modem they all pull around the same numbers. However for some there are MASSIVE differences for them.. So find the one that works best for you in your area.

Of course. The modems are always a YMMV issue. Always has been, always will be.

Recovery is still the way I'd do it. I don't particularly care for ROM Manager. All ROM Manager is wanting you to do is buy the $4.99 version. Flashing through recovery will take an extra minute or two, but it's completely fail-proof now.

I've tried to flash a few things directly through rom manager and none worked correctly. They did work find through recovery mode. So I just go through recovery mode with everything and have had few problems.
