    USB Drivers

Anyone else having trouble with the usb drivers? When I initially plug in my device via usb windows updated searches but finds nothing. I've downloaded the SGH-i897_Captivate_USB_Drivers_5_02_0_2 from samsung site but it each time tells me it does not install properly. Any ideas guys?

anybody find out what to do with the usb drivers? cuz im having the same problem and i have windows 7 64bit.

ok never mind. called samsung go to settings -> applications -> usb connect -> mass storage

drag ur top bar down and click usb connect and mount

this will open it up like an external hard drive. click open file to view files on your computer and u can put things on there

    hope this helps ;-)

I get to the mass storage line (and select it), but when I drag down the top bar (I presume you mean the notification bar), there is nothing about usb connect and mount. What am I overlooking here?

Does this only work with the storage disk installed? It does not connect to the phone memory does it?
