Need help with Messaging App receiving pics

My wife got her Epic yesterday and it activated just this morning. Everything is working good so far except it won't open pictures in the messaging app. She is using the default app. It gets a download button that doesn't work when pressed.

I use the same app on my droid1 running Froyo without a problem. I don't however get a download button. I am just able to view the picture.

Any help would be appreciated.

I bought the Evo and she purchased the Sprint and she had problems with Facebook updates initially....Sprint said it was a problem with the software still installing. Well, I ended up uninstalling and then installing facebook again from the android store. Now she can't receive picture mail. I'm going to call Sprint tomorrow, but this is pretty frustrating for a phone that you pay $250 after rebate when you can get an iphone for $200 and it works. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot and Sprint still blows all the other carriers out of the water!

We found out that is we turned off WiFi we could receive/see the pictures ok.

This is definitely a bug with the Epic.
