Does anyone know if the Epic has a visual notification light on the front of the device letting you know if you have a new email, text or voicemail?

yes, its on the upper right by the camera. the light is red.

tho im not a fan of red it wont bother me. i would prefer some type of color changing light for different alerts. but hey, i could be lightless lol.

Actually there is an app in the market that will let you change the color of your LED notification light, if there is one. So glad there is a notification light, that is a pet peeve of mine.

you have a point. i do turn off vibrate cause i feel just like a car it will vibrate the parts over time and wear them down. today these vibrates are extra hard.

Hi, I see the notification LED. However, it doesn't flash for very long (a couple of minutes at most). If I'm away from my phone for a period of time, I don't want to have to "check" it every time I return.
