Launcher pro issue with the task manager
Does anybody know how to hide the launcher pro icon from showing up in the task manager? I have a samsumg fascinate and I love launcher pro. However, when I want to end all active applications in the task manager the launcher pro icon is always there. And if I end that application it has to restart the launcher again. It would be nice to get some input from those of you who have the same issue. Thanks

I know it's not what your asking but my suggestion is to ditch the task manager - it is not needed and will only cause problems

Which task manager do you have? What OS version do you have?

I don't use Task Managers but there should be an "ignore" option in the settings. The "ignore" option allows users to do exactly what you are looking for.

I didn't realize it was a preinstalled T/K - as cereal killer said, there should be an ignore option within the settings -

Are you running LP as your launcher (rather than TouchWiz)? If so, it will ALWAYS show up in Task Manager. If you end the application, the launcher will just have to restart.

Ok. Thanks. I can't find the ignore setting in the settings. Where exactly is it?

There isn't one in Task Manager. They were referring to other task killer apps.
