Unable to Connect with Kies

Hi I am Unable to connect with Kies.

Phone does not register that it is connected to the USB.

Computer does not register that it is connected to the phone.

Often charge phone using this USB Ok.

Have used in past with no problem.

Any Ideas

Now sorted I deleted Kies and reloaded it.

Now works fine.

If you are not able to use kies then use myphone explorer.My phone explorer is a software similar to kies and you can connect your android phone and share files,messages,contacts with your pc.Download myphone explorer from here
