Galaxy ACE S5830 Doesn't Boot At All

hello ,
by mistake i updated this file : ClockWorkModAce.zip in recovery flash mode .
and now the phone dosent boot and stuck on galaxy ace picture and dosent load at all .
how can i fix it ?
can someone please give me a "mod" or clockwork file like this to flash it again
and fix the phone ?
i cant load it in anyway , only in recovery mode .
please help me , i dont have a phone for 3 days .
