Problem with Headset Remote Control /Microphone

Hey everybody,

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i and I'm currently trying to connect my Urbanears PLATTAN to the phone. There is a remote control / microphone installed in the wire of the cable, though I can't get it to work. As the PLATTAN doesn't support by default the Galaxy Ace, I'm using a so called "nokia adapter", which comes diretly from Urbanears and shall also work on Samsung phones. The problem is, when I connect the Headset without the adapter, the sound is perfect, but the remote control / microphone won't work. When I use the adapter, the sound comes out only half or so and when I press the button on the remote control the sound gets perfect again... Still the remote control won't work to accept calls, like it should, nor can I control the music ( play / stop ).

I've already checked out this thread here: Samsung Galaxy Ace Headphone Issue , where the user "teknokratum" seemed to have found a solution for the problem, though he didn't post it...

Can anybody help me? As this problem seemed to be well known already one year ago, maybe somebody can help me out...
