Android.net is the premier Android Forum on the internet.
If you go to Market > menu > My Apps you can see the list of what you have installed. Select an app and this takes you to the app page where you can leave a star rating and a review.

That's great, but I can't find the menu option, all I can see within the market is to search for apps.
Just found how to get the menu options, I had to press the left button. Sorted now
