I have a Galaxy Note but I am about to purchase a Galaxy Note 2. I will like an expert opinion on how best to move all and every detail (Email,SMS, Contacts, App +data, etc) of my old galaxy note to my new GN2.

You could also hook up your phone to your computer and back up everything with Samsung's Kies program. I suggest taking out your micro SD card before doing that, though. It'd be pretty pointless to back up everything on there when you you'll just be switching it to your new phone anyways
