ICS Randomly Freezes and Sometimes Reboots or Shuts Down Automatically

do I need to back up all my phone.
or I dont need to back up anything.

It will wipe your phone. All apps will be remove.

Pictures, music...untouch.

Back up is always good move.

After you install any if apps? Or out of the box it already happen?

If after install apps...try to remove the installed apps...or do factory reset.

Me and my fiance have two htc evo design phones from sprint, and they both started turning off automatically. This was before the recent update, talked to htc and they had me do a factory reset, take battery out and redo everthing, made it worse!!!, will only stay on for about 10 mins or less when on the charger, goes right off when you unplug charger, battery is completely full when this happens. Any suggestions????? other than paying to have it replaced or fixed. please and thank you

Had the problem with Sleep of Death and rebooting after installing ICS. Removed Easy Battery Saver and Easy Task Killer and used the OS custom power saving options. Problem solved and battery life is good.

Hi sir,i m expiriencing similar kind of problems.My phone reboots once in every 3-4 days.My phone is running gingerbread.I have also created a post a week ago but nobody cared to reply. .Will be happy to receive help from you sir.Thanks in advance..
