Random Reboots on Rooted Galaxy S 2 :/

so I've noticed that whenever my gs2 its rooted out decides to randomly reboots when the phone its locked. I've noticed this on two different gs2s and I've tried rerooting and completely erasing and rerooting and it doesn't stop. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks!

You say that you are rooted. Are you running a stock or a custom ROM? What steps do you take when you root? Do you do a complete wipe (including cache and Dalvik cache)? Do you run fix permissions from Recovery?
