Have you tried using a third-party wireless network app to connect? I have a hidden SSID at my GF's house and that's the only way my phone can find the stupid thing. The stock WiFi toggle won't do it.

Like Muji suggested try third party app. Should fix your problem with not finding your hidden ssid.

I'm using WiFi Manager, but it's an older version. The dev put out an update, but took out functionality that was previously available for free and is now charging for it. That's why I haven't updated mine.

There are some other good ones out there, too. You'll get a ton of hits if you search "WiFi" in the Market.

    Hidden SSID Issue

I too am having no success connecting to a hidden network (one that I was able to connect to with my Android based HTC Magic 1.6) I have also tried using wifi manager and wifi analyser, hidden SSID enabler and network infoII, all to no avail. Has anyone else had any success? I have added the network to my network settings, several times, and know that the settings are correct.
