Anyone else encounted a problem where the phone basically hangs itself on the screen of focus, wether its the home screen or any other.
I can reproduce it and it occures about 5 of 10 if i ...
1. Activate screen.
2. Unlock it (using pattern).
3. Power off screen.
4. Repeat 1-3 around 5-6 times
5. Let the phone be for 1-2 minutes.
6. Activate screen.
7. Unlock it (sometimes it hangs here).
8. Power off screen.
9. Hung ..
(this is the "fast" way to reproduce it, it seems to happend from time to time without doing this)
I've done a factory reset w. a storage wipe (in settings/privacy/factory reset data) but the problem still occures. I have the latest FW & Kernel (I9100XXKE7 and 220.127.116.11-I9100XWKF3-CL276555 root@DELL101 #2) for swedish phone and GINGERBREAD.XWKE3 on the phone.
When it happends the "screen" never seems to return to set brightness but stays and "faded" and sometimes there is a "raster" that is on set brightness while rest is faded. I have never had any problem with it untill this morning, i noticed it was acting strange before it happend aswell ... it launched and turned on driving aid twice (and some other app after that) and then i started to check settings and the first freeze occured. When it happends it also seems that "something" activates the screen and after that the freeze will occur next time you power on the screen.
I have warrenty so will return it tomorrow, curious if anyone else encounted this or heard of it?
Also curious about the different methods of reseting a device. If one makes a factory reset via settings/privacy/factory reset data w. storage wipe is it truely back to default then or are any of the other methods prefered? I saw a service code for factory reseting the device somewhere ... what is the differance between doing like that and like ive done?
Thanks in advance.

I thought it is the best Android phone but it is pricey so I settled for Motorola instead.
