Using Money for No Reason on 3G
Got my WIFI and my 3g to work..and I turn it off when not needed...
The thing is when my 3G is on.. why is it using money?? no apps are open, eg. internet..and anything that needs internet basically... is off
has any1 beaten this problem? or got around it?
For example..on my S2 an app called Navigation is free to use, but to use it you need an active data transferring connection..turn the 3G on and money drains away....
ANY1?!?

I am failing to see the issue. Are you on a pay-per-bit data use plan or a prepay plan or a monthly contract?

If you are paying per MB, then using data will cost money.
There are probably background apps running on your phone that use data, therefore using money.

Settings-> Wireless and network-> mobile network-> uncheck 'use packet data'.
If that doesn't work use Juice Defender
