Freezing Issues

Hi there feel upset wid this phone i thought better than iphone4S but i choose this one because of the comment but after 1week of using i feel bad everyday needs to restart 3 to 5 times its always freeze but got only 25 apllication n games inside.. Can any body suggest me what to do? Thanks

since last week i alredy restore factory settings for 4x already and still same problem dunno wat to do now..

Also gprs problem.. Because im not using wifi as i subscribe to data plan monthly.. I also dont understand why the letter "G" on the left of our signal bar somitimes not appearing.. So i cant use gprs even my frend got but only my phone dont have and then i need to restart my phone again i think 3times just to get back the data connection... I know that this is not my operator problem.. Because when i got no signal in gprs, when i go to apn it doesnt show my 3g wap and mms setting... I know its a phone problem. Pls help me if u know how to fix it thanks a lot men cheers

How's your phones signal? Somtimes in a bad signal area your phone can restart. I use sprint towers and only at home I have bad signal it sucks. Ill be watching netflix or browseing the net then my phone will restart. 5 times almost right after the other. This only happens when I'm at home or in a bad signal area.

My phone signal full bar im only using the gsm mode..so can save my battery but still need to restart my phone evrtime just to have the gprs connection.. Sooo tired to restart the phone 5 to 10 times a day coZ of freezing and data problem huhuhu so sad
