Hello, Does the browser work? Have you tried mobile network? And the device you are connecting, does it have a working network connection? Did you try to connect to a different device? Answer these questions, and I'll see if I can help you. If not, hopefully someone else will come by and help you out.

Try going to Wi-Fi settings. And tick static IP if off. If it's on, try reseting it. It fixed for my friend once. Also try reseting sleep policy. Even if it doesn't make sense, it usually fixes similar issues. If it's "never" then choose a different one and then back to "never".

I've been having the same problem. I've tried a couple things that seem to help but not permanently... Try turning the wifi off and then back on. (I'm getting a new router this week just to see what that does).
Change wifi settings and Set "Keep Wi-fi on during sleep" to "Only when plugged in".
For 3g data issues, I changed my roaming settings (even if you're not roaming this may help). I put a check next to Voice and Data for both Domestic and International and that seemed to help for whatever reason...
I seem to randomly have problems with my data whether it's wifi or 3g/4g. I usually first notice the data problems when using the app store and updating apps.

same issue - any fix?
I'm having the same issue - although it only started this week and I updated the firmware ages ago. very frustrating. The IP static setting is greyed out on mine though.
