S3 Process Not Responding After an Update

This week i bought a new Galaxy S3. I was very happy until i updated the operative system.
I followed the common steps to do this and I got the screen where the robot is installing the system.
The problem came when this finished, when the telephone try to start the user interface i got the following message: "Process %1$s is not responding..." and i can't do anything.
This happens always when i try to restart the phone. I tested to remove the battery and put it again....

Any ideas? Please I need help.
