Hide SSID - Samsung Galaxy Y

Does anyone know if it is possible to hide the SSID in Samsung Galaxy Y or download an app which gives me an option to do so?

May i ask why you're trying to hide it as opposed to just making it more secure with encryption? Hiding it gives people a false sense of security and really doesn't make it anymore secure. Here's a site that explains it in a bit more in detail.
