Moment user stating some issues

Ok I'm a samsung moment user I've had mine since it first came out I've updated it from 1.5 to 2.1 and now I'm having some problems like it doesn't want to connect to any wifi signals, the speed has diminished dirasticly, and it won't hold a charge, and NO ITS NOT ROOTED. Anyone have a solution to these problems? I would like to get a htc evo 4g is there ill get rembursed for this screwed up moment?

The Moment has LOTS of issues that neither Sprint or Samsung won't admit. What they did for me after my third Moment failed was give me a Intercept (was also offered a Hero). Didn't effect my upgrade.
They aren't going to give you an EVO or Epic.
