Hi my xperia play freezes and glitches pretty much on everything it does, playing games is so bad i just end up quitting the game, icons on the screen sometimes dont load at all, timescape barely loads at all either and the phone is overall very very slow, can anyone tell me what the prob may be? Could it be because i have lots of other things running? if so which ones should i turn off? ty in advance

Try uninstalling apps one by one to pinpoint what's causing this...
