I updated my xperia x10i to gingerbread, a few hours ago. Everything is perfect except the SMS and MMS list is all mixed up. The contacts synced to the messages are wrong, the sorting is random (ie. not according to date and timestamps of the texts ) and a few messages have just disappeared. I used mybackup to restore the data. I live in India and the phone is set to my time zone. Tried another back up software as well but that did not solve the problem either. Seems to be sorted out by using Handcent SMS but i'd much rather use the original SMS app. Any suggestions on fixing this?

Hi, Im also having almost the same problem with yours, I upgraded to gingerbread and had a backup of my sms, contacts and call logs, now i cant get them back but i can still see the data file in my SD, can anybody help
