Other than aesthetics, is there an issue with the screen separation? Will the screen totally fall off (it won't on mine because I have a Body Glove case that has a lip on it that would hold the screen.)

Does it affect touch screen sensitivity?

I may be seeing it on mine but it's very slight and I wouldn't have noticed it if not for this thread.

I think it's entirely aesthetic. Honestly, I wouldn't have noticed it happening to my current EVO if I wasn't already aware of the problem. It's hardly noticeable. My first EVO was a different story. The screen lifted up enough for me to get my fingernail under it.

You should be excited, you are about to get an incredible phone. I don't know what I would do with myself if I didn't have my EVO, and have no clue how I got through 28 years of life without it. It is now an extension of me. You are going to love it, I promise.

I just got my replacement in today and I am happy to report that not only is the screen not separating at all, there is also zero light leakage and the battery cover actually fits perfectly. As long as there are no issues once I get it powered up, I think I might keep this one
