Sprint's newest, and potentially most innovative, Android phone the Kyocera Echo just went up for pre-orders. You can reserve the Echo for $199.99, after a $100 mail-in rebate, for delivery on April 17th. Quantities are limited so if you want to try this dual-screen phone, you better click fast!

What's this about a mail-in rebate? I thought Sprint was doing away with that temporarily... what gives? If there is anyone in the forums who gets this one, let us know how the rebate situation turns out.
