you may not believe me, but I've been with sprint since 1994 or 1995. My parents had a giant phone from them and I stayed with Sprint ever since.

I think the first phone we had is the first one in this series, or very similar. from ericsson

I signed up with Sprint Spectrum around 1997, then switched to AT&T back when they were TDMA. I switched back to get the Kyocera 6035, because everything I read said that nobody was going to make smartphones for TDMA.

I don't remember when that was, but it was probably around 2001. Is there any way to get your member since date from sprint.com?

    Thanks,
    Rick

Coming up fast on 11 yrs at Sprint soon!

I'm one of those "Gold Premier" customers (been at Sprint more than 10 yrs). I started with them not really knowing what I was doing, but stayed because they were big enough to last, plus, for me very important, they seemed to go the extra mile in safeguarding customer's identity & security.

Going into year 13 with Sprint, and very happy to see the phone selection upgraded.

WAS a Sprint customer with my first cell; Moto Star Tac. Loved the phone, hated the PCS network Sprint oversold in Chicago. Left for Verizon after I worked for their corporate offices and drank the koolaid. Next company moved me to TMobile, I asked that company to move me back to Verizon as TMob didn't get any signal where I lived so being on call wouldn't be verry effective as they couldn't call me. Moved myself back to Sprint a month or so ago when I got sick of paying VZW. Love my EVO 4G..Wimax isn't the best 4G technology out there but it's way faster than 3G when I'm in a good area for it. Now I'm waiting for the latest NAND lock to get cracked so I can root and monkey with ROMs.

Worked on the EVDO Rev A rollout and was a program development manager at "Twin Towers", "Oz" and Sprint Campus World HQ.

I am also considered a "Gold Premier" customer.

I chose Sprint because they have a large presence here in Kansas City.
They opened the Campus World HQ and I've worked on more than one project for them.
I currently work in their Campus location, but not for Sprint directly anymore.

I'm glad to see so many have had positive experiences with them as a company.
I believe Customer Loyalty is a two way street and I suffered through some of
adverse times with them as a company for a plethora of reasons. I believe they have
continuously had the best service and network, choice of phones, and cutting edge technology
of all other carriers. I will be a Sprint user for the foreseeable future.

I've been with Sprint since 2003.
I've even managed to convert a lot of friends and family over to Sprint.
As long as Sprint continues to do right by me I see no reason to move to another carrier.
