I too was extremely frustrated...drove to Best Buy x2, 2 hours away only to be told, oops, sorry!! GGGRRRRRRRR!!! I looked at BB website, called stores everyday, nothing.

I did call Radio Shack, spoke w/asst mgr...added my name to waiting list....got one less than 1 week later. I happen to like Radio Shack more than BB, esp. given my recent experiences with BB telephonically....from the not answering the customer service (LOL!) line, telephone people, online...customer service is truly a joke.

The few Radio Shack staff I spoke with at different stores were consistent, good customer service...one even suggested I call another retailer!!!

My recommendation, call your local Radio Shack, you'll get a phone and be treated well for your business.
