can I change my dictionary choice of ill

I would like to know if there is a way to edit the suggested words that come up as I'm typing? Example: and this is my biggest gripe. I say I'll a lot when I'm texting, but unless its the first word I'm typing, and the I is a capital I it defaults to ill not I'll. Can I take ill out of the dictionary (which I don't want to because I'm sure I'll use it at some point) and make it so I'll is the default when I type ill? This is just 1 example of a default I'd like to change but for me probably the most frequent changed word I use. Someone please give me an answer yes or no, because is like to know. I hope someone understands what I'm referring to because its a pain in the a**

Don't everyone reply at once. Simple question; can you change Evos main dictionary, not just the user dictionary? One of you super users could give a yay or nay. Please answer.
