    T-mobile upgrade with nexusone

    here is my convo with a t-mobile rep via there chat support...read it and im pretty much saying **** T-mobile and google, they cant even get there **** together to sell a phone....sad...

    ~Alana H: Ronnie at this time I am unaware as to why you are incurring a issue when trying to purchase the Nexus One phone from Google. What is the error message that you get when you try to place the order?
    ronnie rudolph: We are currently unable to process your request for service with T-Mobile.

    T-Mobile's servers are busy or unreachable.

    You can try again later, or you can purchase the unlocked phone without service.

    ronnie rudolph: ive been trying for 3 + days now to get this phone...with no luck
    ~Alana H: I am sorry that you are getting this issue. At this time we are not aware of a issue between our net work and Google. Regrettably at this time we would only be able to advised to keep trying.
    ronnie rudolph: and if it doesnt work???...and you have to be aware i can send you link after link of forums with ppl stating the same problems
    ~Alana H: Please note that this is the first time where a phone manufacturer has set the conditions for the sale of a phone. That being said, T-Mobile was so impressed with the phone that we agreed to let Google set the terms for the sale of this phone.

    This is just another example of lacking support that has me afraid to jump on the Nexus One. I think Google made a big mistake by not signing an in-store selling/support agreement with T-Mobile.

    I had the same error when i first tried to buy. I used a different browser and it worked.

    Why are you contacting tmobile support? The error is on google's side even if it does say "problem contacting tmobile".

    I feel your pain but saying '**** google' because you had problems buying a very popular phone during the first few days it is available is a bit overboard.

    t-mobile has great support if you ask me. not one time have i had a bad experience. somtimes i may get an answer i did not want to hear but was already expecting that answer, as to other times im expecting a bad answer and end up getting a good one

    your request isn't even clear



    Also, is your 2-year commitment expired? Are you on a month-to-month plan?
