    sorry, wasnt paying to the actual question, you are right...

    Do you believe I will be ok in doing the following:

    Buy a N1 with applicable tmobile plan
    Have my girlfriend move over from Verizon, and buy an N1 with applicable tmobile plan

    then merge them into a family plan...

    I just looking for assurance....
