I just wanted to say that i'm glad to hear that google's customer support is getting alot better. I've heard alot of bad things about them a month ago but I think they are turning things around.

I did notice a weaker 3G signal on the Nexus One than on the BlackBerry Bold I previously used. But I have been able to get 3G easily where I live in Canada, the signal just keeps going up and down frequently.

Explain this to me. Is it where you live that determines if you hold a strong 3G signal or not? Like I live in the heart of Tampa where theres alot of city and I can imagine a ****oad of telephone poles, etc. I can imagine if I lived in the country that I would be lucky to get a 3G signal. I see most of people complain about the phone and the telephone company when they describe 3G dropping and going up and down. So what is it?
