    I haven't seen the update for my phone yet. I bought it on the 10th. When I select system updates if says "Your device is up to date".
    Is this update for everyone yet?

    I've never seen that error msg.

    Mine usually says it failed to log in and try again later. The only other thing I've gotten is it will occasionally just stick on waiting.

    I'm beginning to think something's wrong with my phone's ID or account name or something.

    This used to be the case with my phone. Problem was, I did not set up my motoblur account properly. I restored the phone and started from scratch. This resolved the problem, and instead of getting that error, I simply got "your phone is up to date." And yes, I was able to update my phone when motorola released the update to 1,000 users. Point is, try doing a factory reset. Hope this helps.

    Any word about this coming out on other carriers? Other countries? Optus/Australia perhaps?

    It was supposed to be limited to the first 1000 users, it appears it actually ended up being a time limited release. They turned the download off around 1pm that day.

    I have the update, and do see an increase in battery life and the phone seems a little faster. No bugs yet.

    I get notifications for updates from the android market. Was it always able to do it?? I updated handcent but I had to delete it cause it was messing up like a MF. Was receiving two of almost every text. Missing texts. Seemed all kinds of buggy. Well the update message native app works so much better than before think I am content with that.

    just a question, when is this really comin out? cuz i still haven't gotten it :[ i understand that it was limited release thing, but i'm really anticipating it.
