When my reception went due south and stayed in 09 I called, went thru the whole "it's all 5 different model phones" crap, do a *228, "you've never had evdo or 1x there" (one 611 rep seriously told me that) , then I got the "I suggest you switch carriers" rep . AwHELLnaw . I told them "I've been with them 15 years and that's your best answer"? I called back the next day and told the nice lady that was NOT satisfactory, I was not switching carriers, not doing another *228 , it was not my phones, I DID in fact used to have 1x and evdo and it turned off like a light switch at odark30 on Feb 10. She put a trouble ticket in, next day I had 1x like never before and 2 bars of evdo. I was looking at my phone getting ready to make a call when I suddenly had bars at a little after 3 that day .
The time I kept getting lost in the system was a few years ago right after evdo went live and it took a few months for it to stop starting every new bill cycle but that call was not as long . The "system" kept forgetting my national access .
Then there was the time that the "system" lost the myverizon access on ALL Dares in the north east market. That was a real hoot but once they finally admitted there was a problem a few days later it was fixed. Something to do with Blackberry network, Droid coming to Verizon and the software to make it all work.
I won't even go into the time just before Thanksgiving when the PRLs changed to THE WRONG ONES on all 5 lines by themselves when they did a software update on my local cell but will say my phones were bricks for a week.

Pm me ur contact info and I can sew what I can do. The best thing might to be to remove you from the system and readd you with new account info possibly giving you a new account number. Let me know I'm at vz in FL

When my national access kept messing up that's what they did and I was able to keep my same account number

Im glad I read this for future reference. I had no idea so many issues could happen on Verizons side although I do know lvl1 customer service is rarely any help from my experiences :-)
