Somebody can wait all this while and still might not get the N1. I'm still waiting for google to call me back. They were going to get back to me within 48 hours, that was thursday night, maybe they should ve told me 48 working hours. Tried to get N1 -Tmobile adn Google said I'm not qualified while Tmobile said I'm qualified for $279. (On my wifes account)
Google is not making it easy, so if you re waiting, make sure your account with VZW is good and your credit must be good too unless you re paying full price

I'd say anybody waiting on the Verizon N1 should expect to pay full price. You never know if there will be a subsidized option. I wouldn't go for it anyway, I still have a year left on my contract and would rather not be stuck with another two.

Im hoping it's offered with a 2yr contract. If they don't then I'll stay with AT&T and pay full price here. It's just cheaper to get it with the 2yr contract, and verizon is a good network

    Same old, same old

I guess it is just not me who is very frustrated about the Nexus One coming out on Verizon. I am just sick and tired of waiting, no one knows for certain until google makes an announcement. As for people contacting Verizon actually Verizon has nothing in it. All the reports saying that they have shipped the Nexus One to Verizon stores is total bogus. Partly because it is only being sold on Googles website.

I wish Google would just make an announcement, because obviously "Spring 2010" is not cutting it. I would contact Google myself but I know exactly what they are going to say, like sorry sir but that information we can not give out at this time.

The more time that goes on, the more sales Google is going to lose.

They have to offer a subsidized price... Why wouldn't they? That's what every carrier does with every new phone. Why would TMO get a subsidized price, and VZW doesn't?? Doesn't make sense why one would anticipate that. IF they only offered it at full price... I wouldn't get it. I've waited too long with my broken phone, saving my update for it, JUST so that I could renew my contract with that phone at a lower price. I wouldn't expect for Google or VZW to only offer it at full price. They'd lose a lot of potential sales if that were the case. That being said, Ive decided to wait for it as long as it may take, simply because it is the best phone out and is worth the wait. If I decided to get a droid now, and then 2 weeks later the N1 hits... I'd be highly upset and I'd constantly tell myself "Why the heck couldn't I just wait a coupe more weeks?" So yea, I'll just hold out and save more money towards every single accessory for the N1.

Well seeing as how VZW has yet to announce anything. And the fact that the AT&T version is full price, why wouldn't the vZW one be the same? Let's just hope it's not

Well, I don't think they released a whole new phone for AT&T.... You still have to buy the unlocked version of it because it's still a TMO phone... They just made it compatible with the 3g network on AT&T. The people who bought the N1 on day one of release could even use it on AT&T's 3g, if they have the SIM card from AT&T. Now, since it's on Google.com/phone as a phone that will be coming out for VZW, with the VZW logo, I'm positive that there will be a subsidized price... The point of selling it unlocked is for those who don't want it on a particular network. If you don't want TMO, you have to pay full price. I hope I make sense and not sound like I'm talking in circles here.

They better not put their logo on it... There is no need to give it something in common with all the phones Verizon sells that are garbage.
