as of 15 mintues ago.... seems like good news!

I would get excited about this, however there is no mention of how they know it was confirmed...only that they heard from another tech blog site that Verizon supposedly started training their employees. I would expect something such as a document or official comment from a Google employee stating the March 23 date as the official release.

It seems like this is no more 'confirmed' than the other tech blogs that have had this date out for weeks now.

I also feel like there would be more than one article out there about the date being confirmed. With as many people that jumped on the unconfirmed March 23rd date, I would assume that there would be an even larger amount writing about the confirmed date...but no such luck.

BGR was the first to post this (verizon training thier employees) which stated he got it through a series of email exchanges. all the other tech blogs basically jacked the info from him. he is pretty credible and is usually the first to break news. but yeah, any offical word will come from google first and sure verizon will be the second to know then BGR if its true .LOL

nothing is confirmed and if the date is pushed back i dont expect google to say so until 2 mintues before midnight. if people waited this long they are hoping they wont mind waiting just a few more short weeks and discourage from buying another android device.

Don't know how significant this is but the google.com/phone order page has changed format. Could this mean they are prepping to add Verizon to the "sell" list? Or could it just be random.

(The change is instead of text to the right large and grayed out saying "coming spring 2010) it is now small, under the carrier logo and black...)

I'm not seeing this change, I still see the grayed out font.

I never thought I would go so crazy over a phone. I remember making so much fun of people when the iphone came out. How stupid I thought they were. Granted the N1 is a way better phone and not governed by the Socialist Republic of Apple, but I'm still a little ashamed... ha :nexusx:
