We decided to wait and my wife will keep her LG until April. We love Verizon since we rarely get dropouts! I travel extensively and the only time I lose a call or cannot connect within the US is when I am in the middle of the desert or in the mountains.

My two daughters have the iPhone and were trying to talk my wife into switching. Now they are both now experiencing significant dropouts on the AT&T network. Several times a day. This scares us both away from AT&T. What good is a great phone if you cannot get reliable connections?

Finally we were thinking about T-Mobile, but from what I hear, their coverage is not good once you get out of the city. Any comments on that would be appreciated.
Stick with Verizon, a lot of phones are cool but pick a network before a phone. Like YOU said "What good is a great phone if you cannot get reliable connections?". Verizon is the number one wireless company for a reason. It's funny a lot of people compare T-Mobile and Sprint to Verizon but in reality you are not comparing apples to apples, just because they are wireless companies doesn't mean they are the same...it's like comparing a Porsche to a Kia.....not happening. Verizon spends over $500Million a year improving network, coverage, 3G, etc. that is 67% MORE money spent on network than the other wireless carriers.
Wait for cooler phones to come out with Verizon and don't jump ship.

Iphone 4G :iphone: will be coming out sometime in June.
LG, Motorola and HTC will release other Android based phones in the near future.
Nexus :nexusx: One coming in Late March to beginning of April.

I've been waiting for a Nexus One to come out for Verizon as well. It's been so tempting to purchase one, but I have had good look with Verizon in the past and been with them for the last 10 years.

I haven't heard of a release date yet, but we'll have that information posted on the front page as soon as we do!
